Being a prophet is dangerous when you are being a distracting one...One that will attempt to change the orders of another Prophet ( messenger)... What I noticed that Jezebel even had prophets...Just because you are called one whom are you serving is the question....As a Prophet ( messenger) we are not focused on attacking the messenger, we cry out against the Altars and the false worship..May this set you free and bring you closer into true relationship with God as a messenger.... 1 Kin 13:1 AND BEHOLD, there came a man of God out of Judah by the word of the Lord to Bethel. Jeroboam stood by the altar to burn incense. 1 Kin 13:2 The man cried against the altar by the word of the Lord, O altar, altar, thus says the Lord: Behold, a son shall be born to the house of David, Josiah by name; and on you shall he offer the priests of the high places who burn incense on you, and men's bones shall be burned on you. So much is going on in the church of this day. The mission of the Apostles are to tear down the altars that have been erected by opinions, worshipping in error and those of idols...God is sending the strong to stand against the strong....Yes servants of God we have a battle to fight against that which is evil but what about those that are suppose to be a part of you?.... Here we see a Prophet (messenger) was sent to warn Jeroboam of the wrath of God revealed from heaven against his ungodliness and unrighteousness! This messenger CRIED out against all the altars and the wicked worship....He was not silent but bold....We see this Messenger was courageous and trusted very much in the Lord and the message he was to deliver.....He was not a coward.... Why did God have the messenger cry out against the altars?...If you can remember your prayers are only as strong as your altars...The altars are a major part of any religion. God threatened the founder and worshippers, to whom it was as dear as their own souls, and who might conclude, "If God's wrath fasten upon the lifeless guiltless altar, how shall we escape?" That which was foretold concerning the altar..... Many altars are being built even today..that which you base your purpose and your worship upon...Many are doing things in the name of Jesus upon a wicked altar....They claim to be sent by God but yet come against God and His messengers....  1 Kin 13:4 When King Jeroboam heard the words the man of God cried against the altar in Bethel, he thrust out his hand, saying, Lay hold on him! And his hand which he put forth against him dried up, so that he could not draw it to him again. 1 Kin 13:5 The altar also was split and the ashes poured out from the altar according to the sign which the man of God had given by the word of the Lord. God's displeasure against these idolatrous sacrifices. How could the gift be acceptable when the altar that should sanctify it was an abomination....Just because it is done in the church do God have to accept it....Many have a an altar and forge Jesus name upon it....Many are singing and dance but their altars are an abomination unto the Lord...Are you the Messenger God is sending? Can you be the One that God is rising to be bold and CRY OUT AGAINST the Altars
